Khalil Structural Engineering was founded by Saif Khalil, PE in 2026 to provide high-quality, safe, and efficient structural engineering for buildings across the New York metropolitan region.

The practice focuses on new construction, restoration, adaptive reuse, and forensic investigation. We collaborate closely with architects, owners, developers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle, providing clear engineering guidance from early design through construction.

Saif is the founder and Principal Engineer of Khalil Structural Engineering, PLLC, based in New York City. He brings experience designing residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial buildings, with work spanning corporate, government, healthcare, higher education, and transit infrastructure sectors.

Saif focuses on new construction and adaptive reuse, with an emphasis on quality, coordination, and constructability. He collaborates closely with owners, architects, and contractors from conceptual design through construction administration.

Outside the office, Saif is an avid tennis player.
